World Water Day is an annual UN Observance day as part of United Nations general assembly day that always falls on March 22nd with the main goal to help add awareness of the importance of freshwater. Living without safe water is the crisis the world is facing everyday. Tackling the water crisis that over 1000 children face everyday. People are still living in the United States suffering from lack of clean drinking water.
Water and sanitation of freshwater ecosystems of our water cycle should be a goal for nonprofits. So many groups women children refugees face discrimination from all directions and all over lack of fresh water. Some have to walk miles to collect drinking water and think of being indigenous peoples disabled without pipes of running water.
Water is over 4 billion years old and the goal of this post is to bring awareness to the fact today is "World Water Day". The Theme of 2019 is “leaving No One Behind” and encourages people to create water jobs and to raise funding for clean water, clean energy, and sustainable development.
Ocean Blue will be visiting other countries with goals to build water wells, water quality testing, and motioning communities. It’s time to bring in the donations one water well at a time. We should have a crew on the ground in India next week, and we will share more information about clean water projects soon.
