GENEVA — The Swiss today feels the pain for sea creatures or crustaceans and fish feel the pain and should die a peaceful life and before we eat them. A New law goes into effect on March 1st that bans the common method of boiling a live lobster. Say good bye to the big pot of boiling water leading to cruel pain lobsters once felt. Kurt Cobain of Nirvana stated fish did not have feelings we Swiss today feels different.
The first national legislation ever that has ever calling for a more humane death for lobsters killed by scalding hot water. Although two methods are being recommended for our tasty sea lobsters would by sedating or Electrocution of the lobster by dipping into salt water and using a knife to kill it prior to cooking.
This law is also giving domestic pets further protections and one can not longer punish a dog for barking all hours of the night.
The measure is part of animal bard by the common principle of animal dignity supported by Switzerland's constitution and the first country to have a provision of it's kind in the World. The constitution already protects various species on how they must be treated and specifies that animals need socialization.
Not long ago a diver found a photo of a lobster with a Pepsi tattoo or a part of a metal Pepsi can growing as part of it's claw, and Switzerland feels the pollution is also lobster abuse and both america and Pepsi should step up it's thinking when it come to ocean litter because not only does it affect sea life but the humans that eating the sea creatures of such.
